FAQs
I know you might have some questions about my services, process, and pricing, and I'm here to help you find the answers you need. That's why I've created a list of frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't worry! Just reach out to me, and I'll be happy to chat and provide you with more details.
How much does a branding project cost?
Please see the pricing page for all info.
How do payments work?
Typically, projects involve two payment instalments - an initial deposit of 50%, followed by the final payment of 50%. For larger projects, I can establish payment milestones. I accept payment through bank transfer, PayPal, or check.
What is the typical duration for completing a project?
The duration of a logo project typically varies from 2-3 weeks, while a standard brand identity package that includes additional collateral pieces may take up to 2 months, depending on the number of deliverables.
What communication channels will we use?
Our initial project discussions and concept presentations will take place over Zoom or Teams video meetings. For brief communications, we can use email.
On Completion, do you provide design files in an editable format?
Certainly. While some designers may charge an additional fee for source files, I do not. You will receive the native source files for all your final designs.
How can I be sure I'll like what you create?
To create a successful brand identity, I first gather essential information from you, such as your business goals, history, target audience, and brand personality. This information serves as a guide during the design process, ensuring that the final product aligns with your vision. By actively participating in this process, you can be confident that your brand identity will accurately represent your business.
How can I be sure that we are a good fit for working together?
Finding the right designer for your project is crucial. Check out my design portfolio to see if my style aligns with your aesthetic preferences. It's essential to choose a designer whose work feels compatible with your project, as their unconscious preferences may impact the outcome. While a designer can work in different styles, their sweet spot often influences the final design.
Is it possible to work together even if we are not located in the same city?
Definitely. As 95% of my clients are remote, I am experienced in effectively managing projects from a distance. I've taken on projects here in the UK, in Italy, and in the USA.
